I always looked forward to being a grandma. I was so excited when your mom told me she was pregnant. But your mom and dad and Haley have not allowed me to see you for most of your life. I had a wonderful 2 years with you where I got to be a part of your daily life and we got to know each other. When your dad told me that I was no longer allowed to see you or give you gifts in January 2025, my heart broke. I have had a hard time not being able to see you and there’s 1000 things I want to tell you. I just want to hear your voice and hug you! I started this blog when you were little and now it’s even more important because I can’t see you again. When you are old enough to be online and you someday find this, reach out to me and I’ll be here waiting and I’ll let you see all the entries. Even if it takes until you are a teenager, I will wait. I love you so much Brooklyn and I hope you understand that this isn’t my choice to not see you. All I can do is wait for you. I love you.
