I got to your house to make dinner before you came home with your dad. I saw your dad’s car pull in and put the dish down that I was washing to come greet you guys. You came running around the corner (you saw my car in the driveway), said, NANA!, and ran to hug me. The look of pure excitement on your face just made my heart burst.

Tonight we wrestled on the floor, we did some crafts and I made you this year’s pair of footy feets (yarn slippers). You called them slippery feet.
